Hi There

So i bought Dragon Age the other day, and well i love it.
Anyways i got the two codes for the blood dragon armor and the stone prisoner.
So i activated that and happily played for a few days.
Today my computer then crashed and the files got corrupted.
So
i reinstalled it but then i go onto the game, and i log in with my
account, when i go to play the game it says i cant because my dlc codes
and enabled with my account, even though i have checked and they are.

Can anyone help please.

Make sure your Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service is running. Its what the game uses to talk to the server to verify what content we own. Try manually starting it before you start the game.



1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START



If the service is missing, or doesn't start see section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for more help.



There is also a beta fix available for the Content Updater which might help fix your issues.
