Already seen a cutscene?  Press the back button to skip cutscenes, X to skip parts of conversation.

The two biggest pain in the booty cutscenes in the game, the ones at the front and the ones before the final mission are unskippable.  Also the freaking X button can also select conversation options, meaning you can't just punch it a bunch of times to skip conversations because you'll end up selecting an option.

The first is just maddening, but the second is horrifically poor implementation, considering the same problem existed in ME1.  Let's get a console update here, please!

I agree, I picked a wrong character for a strike team and I had to spend 7 minutes over again, a auto save just before the selection wouldn't be a bad idea either
