I went through all the registration........I picked my prize.......it takes me to the BioWare site because I had choosen a Mass Effect 2 prize....but now what?????
There is no email or any additional information once I come to this site.
What do I need to do next?

1. Enter code at drpepper.com/promotions > sign in or register >
2. Follow it to the EA site, login with the account attached to your gamertag (for Xbox users) or just sign in for PC users.
3. Pick your prize and follow the link to this site.
4. Login here (if you're not already logged in) make sure your account has the desired gamertag/info.
5. It should take you to a page to see everything you've redeemed thus far, for xbox users you need to restart your xbox console and then click on New Content Available in the menu, select whatever it is you redeemed as a prize and then redeem it (for free) on the console. Then go out to the dashboard so it can download.
For PC users there is an option to download your redeemed prize.
Hope this helps

Thank you. Fortunately I did use my gamertag but nothing in the whole process was obvious. Not sure if the marketing dept of either Dr. Pepper or EA have a clue about user experience. For xbox users I would have just liked to enter the code in xbox live.

Something's broken in the chain of links. I entered the codes on the dr pepper site, but when I try to Claim Now the site just times out and nothing happens. Under code history it shows I claimed the dlc's, but can't actually get to the ea site to claim them.

Does anyone know their schedule of release dates for games and what will be available? I have tried their "contact us" link and it comes up broken every time. I'm hoping they will include content for DA:O.

So I tried doing this today. Nothing. Trying to go to the Dr. Pepper website and click on Promotions there's nothing on the page. I can register but I can't log into anything, I can't find anywhere to log in. I can type www.dr.pepper.com/promotions but it just takes me back to the main page.

the same exact thing is happening to me Praxus07, is there any other way of getting this ME2 dlc without these busted links?

Hey BioWare, how about offering this DLC for free, considering that it's both a) hard to get for a lot of people and
region-specific, meaning certain people are cut out of the loop for no particularly good reason?
