When you do this quest and pickup a package from either Illium or the Citadel and take it to Ish, the Paragon option is to convince him to give up his business and leave.  If you do this, the game still keeps the mission active in your journal with 'Deliver the Package' as the next step.  Shouldn't it show the mission complete at this point?

Omega: Packages for Ish. The same has happened to me. I offered Ish the Paragon way out to complete the assignment. Within the Journal the Assignment is still in 'Orange'.

The renegade option makes it still orange as well. I says both packages are delivered, and Ish has offered his thanks... but I only ever went to the Citadel. Went back to Omega and told him to close up shop.

This has happened to me as well. Has anyone tried all the dialog options? I'm going to try that tonight, it would be great if someone else try's it as well for comparison.

I delivered the first package without asking Ish about anything (Illium package) After getting 2nd package from Citadel, asked about stolen data, chose top left response (are you sure this is safe?) and then the middle left response (what are you after?) and got paragon response (no renegade response at all). Chose paragon response and had the same thing happen, good thing I saved the game right before talking with Ish. Reloaded and tried other dialog options:



Did "you sure about that?" response, gave paragon option, chose top right (be careful out there), chose "just wondering", then gave citadel info = 40xp, +5 renegade, 3375 credits, assignment complete



Did "you sure about that?" response, gave paragon option, chose middle right (you're safe), gave citadel info = 40xp, +5 renegade, 3375 credits, assignment complete



Did "you sure about that?" response, gave paragon option, chose bottom righ (I ought to kill you now), gave citadel info = 40xp, +5 renegade, 3375, assignment complete



Apparently if you give the info the assignment completes, but if you choose paragon option (or renegade option, I personally didn't even get a 'greyed out' option for renegade) the assignment doesn't show complete, I also talked to Aria after choosing the paragon option and no new dialog options opened. Maybe the assignment continues after convincing Ish to get out of dodge?

Went into Afterlife after completeing mission (giving both packages to Ish), Anto is still there and no new dialog options with Aria

Created saves doing both, going to play with paragon option to see if assignment continues, I'll post if I find anything

I've played as a Soldier, Sentinel and now an Infiltrator. Same thing has happened to me what ever option I choose. Glitch.

This mission has been glitching on me as well the PC users have already got a patch fixing many bugs I wish we would get one soon.

Dude, before you talk to Ish about the packages you got, talk to Anto, and you can tip him off, it gives you Paragon points, and Ish is not heard from again...

Try going too the omega boss, as I read it on the mass effect 2 wiki that would clear the mission (a work around) I am just puzzle if bioware even played the game?

I was wondering if we could get a Dev response to this issue.

I.E. - Will it be patched before ME3 release and if not, will the dialogue options that initiate the glitched journal entry still be imported properly to ME3 even though the assignment is not "greyed complete" in the journal?
