ok i found another problem

um running around with me alistair shale and morrigan and i gave all a   enemy: nearest visible   attack  order in tactics but shale and alistair dont do them before i go into combat and i have to be in follow mode morrigan starts shooting as she see somethign move but the 2 others.... they just stand looking until they get attacked am i doing something wrong or is there some kind of bug ?

Check what you have for their behavior setting.  If it is set on "Default", they have to be engaged by melee attack before they fight back.

Also make sure they are not set on "hold".  Mages will fight becasue of the longer range if set on hold.  I've found warriors to just sit there and do nothing even if an enemy is attacking someone else 1 inch from you.

Change their tactics to Aggressive. The only decent tactics are that and Ranged, tbh. You can't go all Sam Fisher on the enemies, so you want them to attack.

oh that one? i thought it was another preset thingy .... stupid me ... thx for the help ill try it asap
