[Relix Reign]

 I have my most recent game save in camp. Everything in the game works perfectly, however whenever I leave camp, the game allows me to select my party, then my destination. As soon as the signature bloody footprints start to sprawl across the world map however, an xbox pop-up screen tells me there is a disk read error. Why would there be an error with the disc if everything else works perfectly?
