Hey guys,

Could somebody who can be arsed please tell me if my specs are good enough to run Mass Effect on PC?

No chance. Only ATI or nVIDIA cards contain the functionality required to play games such as these in the proper manner. The CPU is also quite weak, having had almost all of the onboard cache RAM that distinguishes the C2D family ripped out of it.

Ok thanks. I didn't think it would be able to but there's one thing I don't understand. How is my CPU weak??

Visit Toms hardware and see how low it ranks in the CPU benchmarks. In order to sell it cheap, it's purposely been crippled.
