I know there are alot of post out there concerning this, but I haven't quite found anyone with my problem yet.
I got my Mass Effect 2 copy and rejoiced! When I tried to redeem the Cerberus code on the social site AND in-game (trough the main menu) and every single time, it says that my code is invalid.
I've tried every possible combination of the code and it just won't accept it.
I've heard about people getting the wrong code with Collectors Edition, and was wondering if this is the same thing.
What do I do? Go through EA Support? No response from them yet.
