i missed the weapon training on my first playthrough and now i can't get it. Its in the weapon pile on the collector ship right? why cant i get it

You should get it automatically when ever you activate that console. How could you miss it?

i picked up a weapon i could all ready use and now in the second playthrough he just skips pick up a weapon wtf?

You don't get a choice on the second playthrough. For example I picked assault rifles for my Sentinel to give him a better all purpose weapon, on subsequent playthroughs I don't get a second choice, you're stuck with your decision.

Btw, you can't choose a weapon you can already use...regardless of the weapon type you choose, you get a powerful, new weapon in that category, and that weapon is only available from that choice.
