3 Playthroughs and 3 times the same problem...

When I am in the ruins for Dalish Elves Quest I found that if you go into the room where you find the ghost of the mother to take the Juggernaut armor you may enter into the room because the locked door that you have to open with the elven ritual does not appear. When you are into the room the door magically appear behind you.. So you are locked into the room, you may not open the door because you can perform the ritual only in the room before  and you must load a previous save because your game is over

Ok.. maybe I would know I have to perform the elven ritual before enter the room but I use to move fast forward into locations... Everytime I forger to not enter that room and I have to recharge !!
