When on Normandy I go to the lift and select the 3rd level and the load screen comes up showing the lift moving.  That is whae the program stopps reponding as the task manager likes to put it.  No matter which floor I am on going to the 3rd level has the same result.  This is the error that is in the event log

Theres are also two others events for the same problem but the process ID and start time are different.

Has any one else had this or can some one point me in the right direction to fix this.
