Using sigularity skill to kill husks or flying machine gun turrets that are set to spawn cause them to just respawn, so you end up with endless waves of guys. I suppose this might be on purpose, since it also kills them instantly. I haven't seen this mentioned yet, sorry if I missed it.
You can replicate this easily on mission where you find Legion.
