This is odd. When I try to log in using Firefox, this site tells me I have the wrong password. Then I use IE, like now, and I get right in.

Firefox stores passwords if you enable the relevant options. So does IE. But they each store their own user ID and password information separately from one another. What you describe is a symptom of Firefox being told to remember the wrong ID, the wrong password, or both.



Please ensure that you have stored the proper password associated with the proper ID. You may view stored IDs and passwords under:



Tools | Options | Security | Passwords | Remember Passwords for Sites | Saved passwords | Show passwords.



Since I have had an EA account as well as a Bioware account, I can't say if the URLs I have in my list are the same as the ones you should have in your list. Regardless, it may be worth your time to remove all entries in the list related to domains and subdomains of bioware.com and ea.com.



Incidentally, I use Firefox.

I don't think that's the problem because I typed in my e-mail and password in Firefox several times. I wasn't relying on the browser to remember them.
