The same thing has pretty much happened to everyone who preordered off EA store. Though now i can't even install the bloody thing even if i did have the DLC

Got the same issue here. All other vendors seems to have sent out their codes but EA ignores their own customers? Why EA? Send out the codes NOW.

If you didn't get your codes via email, check your spam filters for your email. Also, it might take a bit for all the emails to go out.

Did check the spam filter, nothing from them. But thanks.
Have an open ticket at EA support.

Really doubt it is a spam filter issue since I got the order confirm and the code for the game fine from them.

I had a similar problem after purchasing a digital copy from GameStop. In my situation, an inquiry to Customer Support had the entire issue sorted out.
I would suggest emailing Customer Support; they should respond and ask for other clarifying information (such as the included CD-Key, etc.), after which they should credit your registered account with your eligible promotions.
All the best.

Even if there is an error message always check the Registered Game Promotions Page. Sometimes it throws an error even when it works.
