I traded in what EA told me was a faulty disc.  Turns out even a brand new disc didn't help the sound issue I've been having.  I've heard all sorts of sound problems reported on the forums, but nobody seems to have mine.  Let me put it this way...  You know how Shepard's voice changes when you wear the Blood Dragon or Terminus gear?  Well imagine every character sounding that way...all the time...no matter what.  You can delete every game save and DLC...reinstall everything...get a brand new disc...and NOTHING fixes the problem...  It's not my TV or 360 since every other game works fine, including Dragon Age. The Dialogue in Mass Effect 2 is PERMANENTLY ruined unless Bioware decides to release a patch for this.  And seeing as I seem to be a rare case, I'm pretty certain Bioware won't care enough about me to bother...  This is really depressing.  Mass Effect was my favorite game of all time, and I've never been so eager to play a game...and now I may never have the chance to play it the way it was designed to be played.  Why me?  Please Bioware...I've been a faithful fan for many years.  I've never said anything bad about you guys, even on the forums.  This is the first time I've really had something serious to complain about...  I'm looking to you guys to fix your game...please.

Sorry, only time the voices go slow for me is through the scope, did you try mucking about with you're sound menu to see if that helps.

I've tried EVERYTHING... It's not a slow voice thing... Everybody sounds like Darth Vader...and the sound fluctuates in weird ways...ugh.

As the armor is DLC, may be if you deleted it cleared your cache, then redownload it.
