well been plagued with the grey/black screen issues since launch. spoke with a guy at ea support today and he has solved the issues for me .
go into root folder and open binaries folder . run the .exe there as administrator and problem solved .
longest i managed without crash before was 30 mins and that was first boot of day. just played 3 hours straight without any issues whatsoever.

Interesting............ What OS are you on?............. My game crashes now and then in combat only....... Like yesterday it crashed after about 8 or 9 hours play in the final battle for the for the Krogan character..... Glad to hear you solved your problem.

I'm running Win 7, 64 bit and a core i7 also, and I do run it under administrator. My crashes are infrequent but do happen still, doesn't seem to be a fix. Lessen crashes, maybe.
