I have noticed a Alchemy Bug....when creating Lesser Health Poultice. I
create the potions but the hotkey bar does not update with the # of
potions that are actually in your bag (you just made).

If I redrag the potion from backpack to the toolbar it still says I have 0x but i clearly have 13x.


I was able to fix it by relogging into the game, but I figured it would be nice for Bioware to know of this bug.

I have had the same problem, and was able to fix with a restart as well. Iam surprised more people havent noticed this.



This issue also prevents you from using the potions during a battle from the inventory screen.



A friend of mine had the same issue with lyrium potions...
