Wouldn't Miranda have noticed that at the beginning of the game (where she's face-to-face with the Illusive Man?)

Not if he was organic. You'd need Harrison Food to do a test on him to figure it out.

Yes, this one was really weird. As I was fighting the Reaper larvae both of my teammates got knocked out, my shields were down and I was losing health quickly... when suddenly I heard TIM's voice say "I am assuming control of this form" and then my controller stops working. Glowing Shepard made short work of the Reaper larvae, though.

The Illusive Man is also on the Normandy, and you can get to him and kill him if you use a noclip mod.

I'm pretty sure the Illusive Man's face appearing on the ceiling was patched, yeah? At least, I've never seen it since I downloaded the last patch.

Creepy, he never really gives us a reason to trust him. He sends us into traps, has intel no one else could possibly have. How does he know Horizons will be attacked and exactly when? He sent out rumors to lure them to attack I know that. Still doesn't explain how he knew exactly when they were attacking, ie "go right now" and Jacob even says they have never gotten their while an attack is taking place, only afterwards. On another note...why does everyone seem so in the dark about how the collectors are capturing people? The vid that Veetor shot clearly shows the bugs and he mentions swarms several times. Then Mordin , after doing research for weeks or months suddenly has one of the bugs in a tank?? Did he magically clone one? From what? We never brought one back for him to study. Things that make you go hmmm
