Waiting in line for the sixth/seventh time now... every time the half hour goes by, "Search cancelled, no agents available."

Almost a week after launch and they still can't get their chat to work? I got all my DLC via a workaround but I still want to fix the problem (Gamertag linked to old email) for any future EA things.

Has anyone gotten through? I used the email at 4pm EST on the 27th, no response. Pathetic.
