No, I'm a femShep - though I had about 1/4 of that first chunk of Renegade at the time and no Paragon points (was one of my first things completed). We drank, heard a nice story about Kaiden and Jenkins, laughed, screen went black and then everything was like I was back in the Fade for a moment, wobbled over saw the doc sprawled across the med table and walked all fuzzily out of the medbay and into the elevator. When the doors opened I could walk right again, went back to the medbay and the doc was at her desk and said she hoped she wasn't too unprofessional and I said whatever was the upper right hand response and that was it.

An no, I don't think my drunken, straight, femShep had sex with the Doc, she's like my mom.

I believe she can.  If you waited before going after your crew, she will be the only one left.  If you send her back alone I don't think she will survive.
