As in, it's out of Bioware's hands.
Troll.
And yes, I'm a PS3 player.

Believe that if you want, but just wait and see what happens when Awakenings comes out and Xbox 360 and PC oweners are talking about how great it is and we are sitting on or thumbs probably waiting for "next holiday season....."
Are you bloody kidding me? Awakening comes out 3/16/10 for the PS3, the SAME DAY as the 360 and PC. Look before you whine..Sony has very strict guildlines, it takes a lot longer. Also, Playstation Network updates every Thursday at around 6pm EST...so you will have to wait till then.

yeah, they said RTO was coming out jan 5 for ps3 also, so yeah go ahead and hold your breath for awakenings. And your right I'll sit si back and be happy, who care right, I'll just wait with a big old smile, maybe I should change my pic and pretend to be a chick like you guys too.
They said RTO would be "later in jan" for PS3. Not Jan 5th.
And the delay from that point has nothing to do with them not liking the PS3, ALL formats were delayed due to a bug that they found.

You'd think a PS3 owner would be used to delays by now.
^this^. sony has a bad habit of not supporting their own system owners. any ps3 owners ever tried playing EoJ?

This delay is not Sony's fault. Sony's process is indeed longer, HOWEVER Bioware made a choice to fix the 360 version fix and then move on to fix the ps3 version, generating a double delay for us.
well, i'm not one to throw stones at either glass house...

I'd love to use any number of Dwarf avatars I've made, but the few times I've managed to build a character before getting kicked off the login server, the game never uploads them to the site

If you don't like the support offered to you by SONY, then get rid of your PS3.

If the game is ready for all three platforms simultaneously, the Sony one still has to go through Sony's approval process.Fexelea wrote...

Even if you can provide irrefutable proof that the PS3 release was finished later than the other two, it's still irrelevant.
Bioware does not owe you RtO at all. If you feel you are being treated unfairly, then congratulations on discovering that life is not fair.
Also, while you are wallowing in self-pity, perhaps you might contact Sony to complain that they are no longer releasing movies on Betamax. If you feel that Microsoft customers are getting a better deal, then how about asking Microsoft where you can pick up the latest movies on HDDVD for your Xbox?

I've made bold the important part that you overlooked.
Also, look back up at the rest of my post that your rapid-fire response missed.

If you claim to support all platforms, you do it. That's is the point. Just as they assured PC owners that console releases would not affect them at all, and turned out to be too optimistic and ended up saying untruths, it is understandable that ps3 users are upset after being promised equal support and not getting it.
How about you move on to a thread with something more positive? You seem to have some sort of thing for *trying* to put down other people... yet failing repeatedly must be rather frustrating.

Ej42 is a real Internet hero where were you when the 100 plus page xbox post were going on? Where was this new found braveness and disdain for console players. Get over yourself we can vent if we want.
If it makes you feel any better (not as though I care), I'd post the exact same words of wisdom for PC whiners as well.
Bioware is not beholden to you. They will release what they want, when they want, and you will like it or not. Do not delude yourself that you are any more important than the value of your money. If they do not feel your business is worth the support costs, then they will not release their product(s) for you.
I'm looking at the top of the forum, and I don't see where it says "Dragon Age: Origins Complaint Box"
