That's my point EJ you didn't post where was this h8 then Rambo? If it makes you feel better to troll a smaller group so be it.
Also, I do not live my life on the forums. I probably see only about 5% or less of all posts. This one just happened to catch my eye. I made the unfortunate assumption that it would contain some sort of meaningful information, but it was only a whiny complaint.
Whenever I read the ranting whines on these forums, I'm reminded of this scene. The customer is not always right. Sometimes, they're more trouble than they are worth, and need to be banned from the premises.
(To help avoid possible confusion, you would be the bald guy where Bioware would be played by Catherine Zeta-Jones.)
Before you go off spouting nonsense about me being a Bioware fanboy, I'm the farthest thing from it. There are countless things about DA:O that I dislike. That's why I love the toolset so much.
I realize you feel as though you've been done a great injustice, but whining about it on the forum isn't going to garner you any respect or sympathy.

EJ, if you keep talking about movies like Love, Actually and No Reservations, I'm going to have to change my opinion of you. ;-)EJ42 wrote...

I guess it's true, Bioware doesn't give a crap about ps3 owners. I guess we'll wait for the scraps from biowares table. I guess if they have a minute or two them might finish RTO for us, but they are probably too busy making new and cool patches and other expansions for Xbox 360 and PC owners, lucky them....
AS I HAVE STATED ABOUT A MILLION TIMES BACK IN THE OLD FORUMS
The PS3 is an equal platform to the 360 (some would argue superior and though it is possible we are not starting this here). Any change in graphics or gameplay is usually caused by lazy developing with the excuse the PS3 is hard to develop for. Obviously my response to that is: if you are going to do a job do it right. Your laziness should not take away from my experience.
Now what is the point of me saying all this?
The PS3 IS harder to develop for, products take a little more time and verification for DLC takes more time. It is a very small price we pay for free online and one I gladly pay. The system in my eyes has taken exclusives this year. Bioware had delivered quality product and will continue with RTO.
Short response: be paitient, you will see great things from that PS3.

Well minus the lack of ram 256 vs the 360's 512 and the fact that dev houses have begged Sony for better development tools and kits since the PS1 and it still hasn't happened. Its not lazy developing, Sony hardware just truly is a **** to program for.

Anyway, we have already established that the holdup started at Bioware since they fixed the 360 version first and then moved on to the ps3 version, so it has nothing to do with the console itself or Sony and more to do with an internal staffing decision.
But i think the comments are more towards the fact that we have seen little Bioware feedback on any ps3 related issues, even when they claim to support all platforms equally.

People simply assumed it would be out this Thursday. Obviously, it's not, and by the way, the PSN doesn't update till later in the day.Eliphaz10 wrote...

It will likely be out Next Thursday, or the week after. As I have said before, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.

Believe that if you want, but just wait and see what happens when Awakenings comes out and Xbox 360 and PC oweners are talking about how great it is and we are sitting on or thumbs probably waiting for "next holiday season....."
Are you bloody kidding me? Awakening comes out 3/16/10 for the PS3, the SAME DAY as the 360 and PC. Look before you whine..Sony has very strict guildlines, it takes a lot longer. Also, Playstation Network updates every Thursday at around 6pm EST...so you will have to wait till then.
LOL Dah
Eliphaz is exactly why parents should do their jobs and not allow children under 17 to play DA:O
No use in argueing with him

What facts have been posted buddy, I have seen none of these so called facts, only rumors from god knows who. Bioware themselves can't even get back to me with any "facts"
Fact: Return to Ostagar for PS3 is in Sony certification testing; http://social.biowar...dex/841470&lf=8 (second to the last Bioware post in that group).
Fact: DLC for all three platforms is made in the same toolset, but the XBox 360 and PS3 versions need to be manually generated from the PC version, then sent to certification testing, which can hold up a release if something is discovered at any point.

Yeah, I read that on BIOWARE's post too, Like I said before, show me some facts, not the developer passing the buck. Has anyone actually contacted Sony to verify this "fact"
Why yes, yes l have, and then they told me to personally call the President and personally complain.
Of course, any informed ps3user knows Sony has rigourous testing on ALL games and DLC, so we dont end up with screw ups like what the 360 users went thru.

Some of you guys are confusing timed DLC (such as Fallout 3, GTAIV and so on) with actual DLC delays (such as this one) and PS3 hasn't had very many problems getting DLC where it needs to go. Bioware simply said it was Sony's fault, ended screwing up with all versions, then decide to fix the 360 version first, followed by PC and then PS3, and THEN re-submitted all 3. But yet still claim it's still in Sony's certification testing. The only logical conclusion is that they are in Sony's certification testing for a second time.
To be clear, I have never seen a DLC or patch have so many problems getting through Sonys' certification process. If they needed a game, DLC or patch and they schedule it for a certain day, it'll be there.
