the ps3 version already got that patch over a week ago. The first sentence tells that: " "Care Package" patch already has released for PS3 and PC." So no, it seems bioware is the only one having problems with sony cert.

They also look for general bugs and stability problems, and grade each problem according to severity. At the end of a couple of weeks of this, they come up with a score. Too many points, or any issues from the critical no-no list, and the submission's rejected.

At this point I really don't care about RtO.
I would however like to see a patch to address some issues:
- silent dialogue
- dexterity modifiers for daggers/arrows
- non-clearing quests
- slow to loot corpses (which gets worse the longer the game session gets)

None of these are game breaking, at least for me, and they don't stop me from both playing and enjoying the game. However they are bugs, they shouldn't be there, and they should be fixed.
