Probably not the only one, but I think a lot of people changed their minds about when they actually played through her character arc. Maybe not the most interesting character ever made, but by far bland and cookie-cutter. As for her facial features, blame the uncanny valley and the game engine for not being able to properly translate Yvonne Strahovsky's beauty into a game.

I thought she was not only gorgeous.... but they did an excellent job with her story and plot and her eventual turn around.

Disliked her...but really hated Jacob.

I liked her too. If I had been given the option of choosing a second in command, she would have gotten the position anyway, even though she basically gave it to herself.

I think guys are drawn to her because of her obvious looks(even though she was hideous from the neck up), but like I didn't care much for her at all. I thought she was pretty boring which was surprising since she was one of the main squad members advertised.



There just wasn't much to her.

I was worried I wouldn't like her given the spoilers about her character but I was pleasantly surprised as the game unfolded, it's nice to play a game with strong badass women for once (instead of just the men).



And I think you're the minority on not finding her facial components sufficiently pleasing.
