I have a rather big problem here - I can't buy points to spend on DLC because the web page where you start buying says: "Sorry, there are no payment methods available for your country".

What does that suppose to mean??? 

I bought Dragon Age: Origins at Steam store - and there in my personal details country is set to Russia... now on this EA/Bioware account country is set to Russia as well - and I still registered game with cd keys I got from Steam Store with no problems. There were no warnings stating that I won't be able to buy DLC when I bought and registered the game!!!

Now I would really like to hear an explanation  on how can I buy DLC???

Gopatldd is correct, There are external tax laws preventing the sale.



I know your next question will be, "but I can buy the game, why not the DLC?"



I don't have an answer for that. I only know what I'm told.

Lost, scroll over your profile tab on the top left, "add BioWare Points"

Your company along with EA should have stated these facts BEFORE release!!! Not after I payed for a product with limitations...

Wouldn't simply changing your country in the options work?
