Here's my order-of-want-for-romancing as far as the existing male characters go.

Joker > Kaiden > Thane > Garrus > Mordin > Conrad > Wrex > Grunt > Blasto > Jacob > Everyone else in the universe > Tweak EDI's voice output and hump the console > My Fish Tank > TIM > Zaeed

I know technically EDI isn't even an organism but I'd still date the dang ship before TIM or Zaeed.

Edit: Unless of course there was some way to make TIM look more like anderson cooper the way he did in the art book. Then yes i'd hit that before the ship.

You know, I just was never was that into lizard boy, though he seemed a fine person to be a friend with... what do you think makes him egaging as a character?  His eyes, dress, look, character?   I'm just wondering if I could get behind it if it was pointed out to me.

His aura. Its just...I can't explain it. He gives off an aura of sexiness and his voice. He's so tormented you just want to give him some sexual healing.

for MORDIN.  I'd rather have a ManShep with TIM then Mordin.  Thane's
eyes freak me out.  Frankly,  I'd love for Tali to be romancable by my
FemShep, but oh well a girl can dream.  But yeah, I'd take the backside
on Jacob to Miranda...sometimes her bum looks like if

would deflate and she'd float off into space.

TIM is actually really sexy. I'd hit that. 

Yeah and that bubble butt on Miranda No Just...No. It doesn't suit her at all.

Huh? Oh I didn't mean that. I thought you were baiting Crusader. I have no problem with you making a Christian Shepard thread.

And I haven't even responded to a post by him so either you be baiting me or you missed something.

Anyways: I really really really hope the developers throw us a bone and allow the M!Shep x Kaiden modded romance to work and continue.

I believe the "keep the thread positive" was to make it clear that religion bashing is not welcome here and any responses to your post should be kept positive and civil.

Personally I agree. I don't appreciate any kind of bashing and will readily defend anyone who is being treated cruelly.

More to the point though it really has nothing to do with *this* thread so it falls under the "please stay on topic" warning.

I was actually upset that Bioware took a step back for ME2. I enjoy playing through F/F romances, and I am cool with other's having their M/M romances.



But the main reason I am upset they did not include same sex romance in ME2 was it would have been the ultimate middle finger to fox news.

LOL @ Male Shepard and Mordin. That would be too funny! Mordin's character design is one of the best in the game. I don't think he'd be a good match, though o_O It almost makes better sense to have M.Shepard and Joker together. I'm guessing someone somewhere has already proposed that, too.

I realize that Kelly was something of a throw-away character, but at least there was that.  There's a dim flicker of hope there...

Female Shepard gets Kelly and Morinth.   Male Shepard gets Michael Jackson himself.   Those are good lays, IMO.

Iiick, I don't even consider Kelly to be a straight romance option. There's no actual sex scene, just some silly stuff thrown in for the post-game.

I LOVED Zevran in Dragon Age. Frankly, I was shocked I could have a deep, funny, sexy, relationship with him. Having that romance in the game turned the game from an 8/10 to a 13/10.

I have never played a game that allowed me to totally be a fantasy character other than dragon age. Kudos Bioware

Well yes, that's true...but no one's forcing anyone to do anything. This is a forum for discussion and feedback, after all, and this thread is just like many other threads here, offering discussion and feedback.

Players had voiced many legitimate complaints and concerns and opinions regarding many things from ME1 -- inventory, Mako, elevators, so on so forth -- and quite a number of them were changed for ME2.  ME1 was "their game, their rules," but that didn't mean the devs kept it a one-way street.

We think that the lack of a gay romance in ME2 is a legitimate complaint, and are voicing it in hopes that it would be noticed and changed for ME3...or possibly sooner.  Nothing coercive about it.

Actually Female Shepard sort of 'is' Bi, in that, in ME1 she had a choice between a male and female, and the player can choose either one (so any given FemShep could be straight, bi, or lesbian, its entirely up to the player, as it should be). Despite that, FemShep players who chose Liara, and were clearly interested in Female LIs not male ones for ME2, were nonetheless given ONLY male ones. It was nothing short of insane. If they wanted to change the formula from ME1, despite the fact that pretty much everybody liked the way they did it the first time, they could've easily given the FemSheps who romanced Kaiden the male LIs and the Femsheps who romanced Liara the female LIs, thanks to the whole 'importing your save game' feature that would've been super easy to do, and would've made everybody happy. They literally gave the FemShep players who romanced Liara in ME1 nothing, other than a slap in the face, and thats why there are so many folks upset, and all these threads protesting what they did.
