If you feel threatened by the very idea that somebody of the same sex would hit on you, even in a video game, you have to be pretty damn insecure. A stable person would just brush them aside with "not interested, don't swing that way".

I have first hand experience with a gay guy hitting on me and I told him to stfu and gtfo. That's not being insecure. lol A "stable person" as myself that's what I did.

Most strait people would be weirded out if it came out of nowhere. See Real World for example

Really? So unwanted attentions are not unwanted attentions? What world do you live in?  a guy once told me that I was hott. I cursed him out and threatened to beat him with a pipe. I was being insecure and aggressive just like you would be throwing a male character that hits on you out of an airlock.

The mature and proper response is either 1. ask them to stop or 2. completely ignore them.

The aggressive and insecure response is to 1.Yell at them 2. Attack them.

Haha, at least it takes me forever to finish any Persona games, so I'm good with P5 not being announced. Mass Effect, on the other hands, takes me a week combined to finish so... Huh, that makes me sound hypocritical. :/

XD

Though yeah Persona games take forever to beat. (Also multiple endings FTW even if its reduced to a good ending, bad ending and great ending.)

I still hold my stance with Persona 3 having one of the saddest video games endings ever. Especially if you got attached to the emo boy MC. :crying: He was soo brave, so cool and awesome and that damn ending is so unavoidable unless you're okay with the end of the world. :crying:

"Burn my Dread." indeed. :crying:

Though yeah Persona games usually take me 80+ hours on my first playthrough. Long game is long. :bandit:

Of course NG+ cuts that down to about 30 hours because you rape everything with Armaggeddon. :wizard:

Lucifier/Satan Personas FTW

Lol, especially when you kill a hard boss, it's satisfying! And oh, Minato, so sad. At least Elizabeth is trying :P But let's continue this is another conversation, if that's alright? It's getting off-topic (which I don't mind, honest!) XD

Just keep telling yourself that. Had a similar experience; did just what suggested - "not interested, thanks". Channeling Mordin now. Too tired to think straight.

I go to a school were I make my grade that I can go to a university but the school also helps uneducated persons to get a grade so they can find a job. These classes have many blacks in it which behave highly immature and threatening. So should I eject Jacob out of the cargo hold because I knew some black persons who are dumb as hell? No, because I am not insecure and I know that I can`t blame every black person on the world for the behaviour of a little group.

The thing about a Directors cut is that it would take foreeeeever. I gotta admit I'm impatient. We have at least a 3 year wait for ME3, then it would take a few years to revamp the whole of ME1 and ME2 to get the graphics up to par with where the tech is when ME3 is done.
So that's running at least 5 years right there. That's a pretty long time to wait. Especially for something that would only be a variation on something we've already played.

someone earlier (lightice? sorry non-DA avatars all start to blend together after a few pages lol) mentioned the concept of Post-ME Mass Effect Universe stuff. Quite frankly that makes sense. Building an entire universe just to use as a setting for 3 games and some books is... a waste of a giant awe inspiring universe. BioWare could easily take ME and use it as a foundation for more games. If they want to do that it might be a better idea to just focus on the new instead of revamping the old...

I'd still buy it. Especially if there was Shep/Kaiden but ya know... it's not often companies upgrade older stuff.

Edit:
Although, it would probably only take a couple of months to tweak ME1 with the unlocked LI's, wee update to animation, packaged DLC, and release it as a special fan edition or something while ME2 is still selling well...

Yeah director's cut do take forever. But I hold hope. And yeah their will probably be more games in the ME universe. (At least I hope so).

The joke of a rule being repelled - opposed by the President and the army chiefs alike. Gay men don't hit on men they know to be straight unless they try to be smart. Nor do they hit on each other during a battle any more than any man would hit on woman in the same situation.

Now, if you're done derailing the topic (admittedly with our aid), could we return to the real subject?

It's how you say it with your tone of voice. Take Speech 101 sometime.

Many ways to say "ew"? More a sound than a word.

Read to the end will you. If they hit on you knowing that you hate it, they do it because they like to yank your chain. Learn to get back at them.

But the girl finds you offensive and disgusting. Why wouldn't she go ew? Heck females say ew to guys all the time. Or there's the classic disgusted look and mocking laughter as they walk away.

"Like...ew...go away."

I could picture Miranda giving you a either disgusted and bored look before telling you you're wasting your time. You'll never be worth her effort to even reject you.
