You should know that it isn't accessible in the normal game. I had to edit a save to activate it.

Mordin also asks if your'e hitting on him and politely declines you if you don't take a romance option in the game, and you have the option to say "that's too bad" >.> Just saying... Shepard's not as straight as some would like.

I believe if you want to have a same sex relationship most of the dialogue is unvoiced.
