Now, whether that has any bearing on Shepard or not, I can't say I really care much, but "show me the statistics" is a pretty worthless argument. People (including characters in the Mass Effect series) are obviously not created and fleshed out based on statistical probabilities.

RPG's are all about options, the more options the more possible fun. Having an option doesn't mean you have to choose it. Just the fact that a m/m possibility exists in the game you are playing doesn't make you gay, if that's what you are afraid of.
