MS made a mistake a while back and made all the special content available for download from the marketplace. The Incisor really does rip shields apart.

No, it's because very early on, someone screwed up and made all of the pre-order DLC available on the Xbox Marketplace.

If you have the PC version and the xbox version, and you have the rifle on the PC, I think you can get it on xbox, so possibly not.

Like all exclusive DLC (Juggernaut Gamestop exclusive for Marvel UA2) they will eventually be available to everyone. This happens all the time, I am happy I got in on the MS screw up and downloaded everything but I bet before 3 months from now everything will be on the marketplace because thats the average time people start trading in games and in order to keep the money with Bioware they will release DLC or unlock these weapons to keep people buying new versions and less trade ins



By the way the black hole gun PWNs all, limited ammo but man it kills.

Widow with tungsten ammo, assassin specialization and assassination cloak > everything. One hit killing that certain enemy who doesn't shut up is most satisfying

widow > mantis > viper > incisor



^^Thats for soldier and for infiltrator. Incisor is worst sniper in the game for them. For classes without slowmo viper is the best propably.

I'm going to get the steam DDE tonight so i'll see if it lets me access the sniper on my 360 version as well.

I've actually found myself preferring the Viper (didn't take the Widow Maker as I'm playing a soldier and the Revenant was too tempting). The time between bursts on the Incisor is so long that I can only barely squeeze out two bursts during an adrenaline burst.

I may be incorrect in my damage assessments, but it feels to me like I can do more damage with the Viper - not to mention use it quickly on multiple targets during a burst.

Id take any other sniper rifle available then the widow(maker). Its just SO ugly. it looks like a space barrett designed for mw2 mlg pr0 gamers.

When my two squaddies get the incisor, they can wipe out the whole level in no time. Shocking accuracy and unlimited ammo, simply the game breaker.
