Sorry if this has been raised before (the search just doesn't work on this forum yet!)...

I have entered the codes for all the items and the stone prisoner and the dragon armour that came with my game.  There is a list of these I can access from the title screen, all have "Purchased" in yellow next to them...  but whenever I try to download them I get an error...

"Cannot retrieve information from Xbox live.  Please try again later.  Status code:  800700e8"

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but I'm assuming something like the content hasn't been made available to Asian/Japanese servers yet.

Has anybody been able to do this in other regions?  Am I messing something up?

Don't want to bump... but haven't heard anything about this from anyone yet.

Third post in my solitary thread... but I have a Solution!!

It seems my hunch was correct; the DLC is not available from Japanese XBL accounts at the moment.

To get it, I had to simply log in with my UK account and link that with the same EA account... then I could download the DLC no problem, then sign back in with my Japanese account (which has all my save games) and the content appears in game no problem.

Had I known there was going to be this problem, I would have used my UK account from the start.

Tip for EA! When the game is released in the NTSC-J region, the box art and manual is localised for Asia (in Chinese) and includes the DLC codes, making the material available here would be very much welcome!

The odd thing is, the new "Golems of Amgarrak" DLC is available to download from the Japanese market place. I downloaded it a few hours ago using my Japanese account. However I am also unable to download/view all other DAO DLC such as Awakening, Leliana's Song etc. Which begs the question. Why?
