So I've been trying to get my Terminus armor and whatnot from my preorder, but apparently my gamertag isn't linked to my EA account. When I try to do this, I get the error message: "Sorry, that Xbox LIVE Gamertag has already been taken. Please try
another one." Am I missing something? I haven't already created a persona with that gamertag so I really don't know what else to do. Thanks.

Chances are, much like me, you have in fact created a persona with that gamer tag on another EA account and simply forgotten. I have my Dragon Age persona on one EA account and my Xbox LIVE persona on another EA account, so while I got my Cerberus DLC, I can't get my Blood Dragon armor on ME2. Sucks, I know. Try calling EA support and figuring out what EA account the gamertag is linked to and see if they can merge them somehow.

Thanks, I didn't really consider that for some reason. I seem to have found the correct EA account now, but I have already put in the code to my unlinked Bioware account. Any way to re-use it or am I SOL anyway?
