I want more non-romantic interaction. Why does every character we like need to be a possible LI?



Tali's like Shepard's sister. (I suppose Tali's fangirl pounce proves she has different ideas...)

Honestly I never got a sister vibe from tali LI ya sister no.. NOW GARRUS there a guy I get the Home bro vibe from I'm waiting for shep and Garrus to do bro knuckles at the end of ME3.

On the non-romantic relations I'm with you, why can't my DudeShep be good friends with Thane or Garrus. Why are they just Female romances? Or even Jack, I don't understand why you can't just be friendly but pursue others as your love interest.  But personally, I never really got a sister-like vibe from her...

I'm actually VERY proud of Bioware for making Samara a bit of a tease. She rejects you if you express an interest and gave the Asari race +10 respectability. She was a warrior, a mother, and a friend... and that was enough.



And I never saw Tali as a "sister". The HIPS ruined that for me very quickly.

Tali was the perfect romance. Not just another girl that you want to get in the sack, there's something to her.

Also agree there shud be more friend storylines with characters like Garrus.

Tali is by far my favorite character in the series. I'm very happy with how the romance went. Especially with how flustered she got.



I really hope she'll be playing a big part in the third game too. I want my Shep to end up living happily with her.

I love that character, very happy she's a romance and i hope to continue it in ME3.



I hope that we get to see at least a glimpse of her face in the finale, if you continue the romance with her.

Agreed. Check deviantart and there are several dozen interpretations of what she looks like. There's even a meme asking people to draw what they think she looks like under the helmet, and each one is VASTLY different from the other.

By keeping her looks a mystery, you're free to envision her as beautiful as you want her to be.

They'll show her face in ME3, if anything to be like "OK IT'S THE LAST GAME WE CAN IGNORE THEIR WRATH" lol

Personally I know BioWare wouldn't screw up her face, I'd love her no matter what, even if her face was slightly disappointing, I'm a true hardcore Tali fan and I think that only a minor minor minority would really be THAT upset if her face didn't meet their expectations.

I am willing to throw myself to the wolves and say that I actually fell in love with Tali. I know she's not real, but she is so well done that she could be. During the final mission I kept her in my squad the whole time because I didn't want her to die. After you beat the reaper, when all of the platforms are falling, I felt a deep feeling of dread when I saw Tali laying on the ground with a metal slab on top of her. I was on the edge of my seat hoping that she wasn't dead. I have even found myself unable to sleep because I was thinking about her. Kind of creepy, I know, but I can't help it.

Except she died after the vents scene with a headshot, i was pissed, relaoded it and replaced her with legion and kept tali in my sqaud for the rest of the game. Shes the only LI with the deepest character story, shes not like OMG HOTNESS I WANNA BANG YOU, its more like i dont care, your personality compensates for anything. I wish we did see her face, i wouldn't care what it was.

Yeah, I know what you're saying. Tali isn't the type where you say, "I want to have sex with you." She is the type where you say, "I don't care about sex. I just want to be by your side for the rest of my life."
