Every characters have black eyeballs, no colored iris, no white cornea. Just black. It's pretty freaky...
and Shepard have pieces in her face, like a jigsaw puzzle.

It stays the same at either resolution, best graphic defaults etc.

please help

hate to be a smart ass, but most aliens look like that, and shepards supposed to look like that, it's his/her scars from teh lazarus project
