I see your point. I mean while I'd like to have Wrex in my party because he's awesome he's needed by the Krogan people.

I like both characters. Although I will admit Wrex is my fav. of the two. And I hope he becomes a squad mate again in ME3. Especially since Grunt died in my game.

Well, if Grunt is in ME3 instead of Wrex, they'd darn well better develop him just a little better as a character. Talking to him once he was back on the ship after the loyalty mission was like talking to a piece of cardboard. Yeah, I know, Wrex started repeating dialog in ME1 eventually, too, but for some reason it wasn't as boring...maybe they gave him more dialogue

Wrex has more history. Grunt was just born and he's basically rawr I'm a Krogan I like to fight, Wrex isn't like that.

If they develop Grunt, I'd be interested. I'm just not confident that they're gonna do that.

Wrex can't come. He's an old, wise Krogan who has lived a full life. He's spending his twilight years making a stronger Tuchanka for all Krogankind. He gives you the most heartfelt "Shepard! My friend!" So you know what would happen if he tagged along in ME3? He'd do what all old, wise sidekicks who have lived a full life and become heartfelt friends do: die tragically.

Grunt but I will always have a soft spot for Wrex. Part of my decision though is based on the fact since he is the leader of the Krogan he will not be free anyway to join the squad. He is probably best left as an ally for the coming reaper war.

grunt ftw. Cant see Wrex in ME3 due to him ruling the Krogan, the best I hope for is an amazing cameo as he leads a Krogan charge in whatever final mission we do.



If grunt doesnt start the game with you, im guessing a visit to Tuchunka will result in Wrex gifting us his padwan Grunt as a squaddie.



On the other characters, I see Tali being a ship captain for the Quarians, Garrus I seem to remember him mentioning Spectre training, so he might be a spectre again.



God I hope so so so bad Zaeed is either a proper squadmate or the cerberus network reward again lol.

Grunt has to be by my side in ME3, he knows the score.

Besides, when I form my new council (Krogan, Quarrian & Geth) Wrex is needed to take up his seat alongside Sh'ala Raan and Legion. Council 2.0, kicks ass

I see no reason why we can't have both. Unless you got them killed but then you will just have to replay the first two games better. Still if I had to choose I would take Wrex as he is the most badass kind of badasses: old badass. He is also very cool and funny and one of Shepards only real friends.

Or maybe people don't want "Big Stupid Krogans!"

J/K but I do have some who have killed Wrex and left Grunt either in tube or watched him die in the SM or killed one and allowed the other to live... then of course I do have some that have kept both alive because Krogans kick ass. Wrex was constantly in my party for my main Paragon MaleShep

Wrex as far as I am aware is getting on in his age now (one of the other Krogan mentions him being old), but I imagine he'll want to go out fighting if it comes to it. Probably find by time we get to ME3 he's sorted the Krogan out (well once we've helped him with a mission) and he'll want Grunt to takeover as Clan Leader and either tell the 'young pup' to stay behind or join up together and they'll kick butt, Wrex will die fighting, the way Krogans should go out rather than being like a quarian with a tummy ache
