I want to buy two if this card and run them in 2-way SLI.
EVGA GeForce GTX 285 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
The only problem is I can't find it in stock anywhere. Newegg, Best Buy, Tiger Direct, Amazon and EVGA itself are all sold out. If anyone knows a place that has it in stock please let me know.

Some friends and I were just discussing how all the good nvidia cards appear to have disappeared off the face of the earth. It is really, really strange.

I was thinking of waiting for the GTX 300 series that will be announced in a few months but I've heard through grapevine that they will be insanely expensive (close to $1000 I hear) because of this new FERMI architecture. Other than that, the only cards on the market that are DX 11 are the new ATI cards but I don't want those b/c I want maxiumum compatibility with my nvidia chipset. Much like DX10, I don't think DX11 will live up to the hype.

In march, Fermi will see the light of day. Latest two months after that, ATI and Nvidia both will fight once again for market share and we will see nice performance for a good price.
Just wait, if you can.
