I got a new desktop for christmas, yay me, and picked up Dragon Age.
I played the game through on max graphic settings on Vista, then upgraded to windows7.
Since upgrading, the game seems much choppier than usual. I dropped the graphics to medium level settings, yet the game isn't running half as smooth as it did pre-windows7.
Is this a known problem, or is there a way windows7 can be swapped to run the game better?

no such video card as an 760i, thats the chipset of your motherboard. Have you tried manually installing DX9?

Why, would running with DX9 work better? I just don't understand why the game would slow so bad just by upgrading to W7. I checked my system and yeah, thats the card I have.
