Oh, and if you play one of the quarian researcher logs, you get a very powerful recording.
"We locked down navigation. Weapons
are offline. Our mistake won't endanger the Fleet. I'm locking in the
door, I don't have much time. I'm sorry - so sorry... Jonah, if you
hear this, be strong for daddy. Mommy loves you very much!"
That line was just...awesome. The voice actor was really good.

I am going to go with what you said. Only difference, i didnt cry during Jacks Paragon romance.
But it was very very well done. And very emotional still.

Yeah. Tali's reaction to her dad's death.
Second that.
Also Some of Mordins dialogues regarding his work on the geneophage. you realize he was trying to stop the krogans from being obliterated by the other races, and really likes them.
Jacobs fathers explanations for enslavment and murder really made me want to shoot him, but i wouldn't do that in front of Jacob.

I love Garrus, and when he showed up in ME2 and was seemingly going to join my squad, only to get blasted by that gunship, this was definitely up there.
Visiting the original Normandy wreck was also very emotional.
And I don't know if emotional is the right word, but when you wake up Legion...that was big.

This had my heart pounding in my chest. I didn't know Garrus was a party character in ME2. I loved him in ME1 so it was fantastic to meet up with him again.
But after taking down that gunship and Garrus is on the ground... I truly thought I did something wrong. That I didn't do enough to sabotage the Mercs and now Garrus was going to die.
I might make myself look stupid here... But I mined 50,000 Platinum and installed the upgraded Medical Bay, just to see if I could heal Garrus' face and remove any of his scarring

#2: Garrus quest when he gets shot down. My heart skipped a beat because he was my favourite squadmate in part 1 lol...
#3: Mordin loyalty quest when you investigate deeply into the Genophage while looking at that dead body. Just phenomenal acting at that part. Whoever played Mordin was great. Just how he was trying to explain how he didnt mean for people to die over it, and truelly had nothing against Krogans as a race.

-Begining of the game, seeing Shepard drifting in to the planets gravitational pull
-Garrus being shot by the gunship. Then, after you beat it, you see him drowning in his own blood. Scary stuff.
- All of the Tali moments, but particularly when you giver her a hug as shes crying over her dead father. Made me feel so bad.
- Seeing your crew being abducted by the collectors on the Normandy SR2
- Mordins side mission, and how you can see he is torn apart about the work he did on the genophage.
- and last, Tali died on my playthrough.Tore me apart. I had to reload a save before the omega 4 relay as soon as I finished the mission. Got everyone through the second time. The last mission wasn't all that emotional with everyone surviving. I didnt really get an epic feeling from it as much as I thought I would.
-Also, i didnt play it, but I saw a video of Shepard dying in the suicide mission. Very emotional, and very sad.
This game was an emotional rollercoaster. Im just sad that it was over, I had such a good time with it.

Probably my favorite moment was when I figured out that Garrus was Archangel I whooped out *Garrus F*ing Vakarian!* and he became my first squad pick for every mission, just like ME1 - and was completely surprised by the whole romance plot with Garrus.
And speaking of emotional, I lost it when Mordin warned against *ingesting* anything.
Just such a great game - more interactive cinema than an RPG.

Shepard: You deserved better than this Tali.
Tali: I did get better, Shepard. I got you.
The hug with at her father was a close second.

Garrus's Side-quest, I found his character development from ME1 and ME2 to be absolutely incredible, and there was such an intensity in these scenes. You could really feel and see Garrus's emotions and how much he has changed.
The second moment is the entire suicide mission. The first time you play you're like wondering... did you do everything right? Did you get all the upgrades required to keep alive? Did you assign your squad members correctly for maximum efficency so that they all get out of the mission in one piece. The one part that stood out the most is the actual end cutscene when you beat the boss and narrowly escape death and the Reapers chasing & firing at you. I mean you get chills because its such a nerve-wracking scene where you constantly question if Shephard is going to make it, if the two squad-mates that came with you live or die, etc.
Yeah... they did well with this game.

I do have to say everything with tali was like reading a fan fic written by one of the crazed Tali worshippers back when ME1 came out. A really good well done and pleasant to read fan fic, but it just seemed like everything one of them would have dreamed of in the game. Mission accomplished there I guess, since it was added due to fans (I'd imagine).
Mordin's loyalty quest. The part where Liara explains why she's so cold could have been up at the top if Bioware had paid spent a little more time on it instead of putting in a few sentences.
The invasion of the ship by the collectors, too. From there to the end of the game I kept wondering if I'd done something wrong, but everyone got out OK, so I guess not. That kind of self doubt was pretty cool to see in a game.

-Most definately the intro when Shep is floating away. That score...muisc...chilled the hell out of my bones. That's when I KNEW I was in for a ride once again thanks to Bioware.
-My reuniting with Joker. Joker always had me interested (Also Seth Green's voice. Cool and it's just distinctive.) because he was the laid back kind of guy I would chill with in real life. I thought I would have a new pilot and all untill TIM brought him on. Shepard was like "Yay!"(WTB L.I with Joker!)
-Reuniting with Garrus and his Romance. I loved Garrus back in ME 1. I couldn't get enough of him and wanted to learn more about him. Discovering he was Archangellus was a suprised. And I lawled at the fact I could get some Turian lovin. Once you go Turian, you never go back!
-Reuniting with Kaiden. That one hurt a lot. Cause I was happy to see him on Horizon and was excited with the possibility of a continuing relationship untill he got all defensive bout working as Alliance and not even giving me a chance to explain why I was with Cerberus. It tore at me as I pursued Garrus. Shouldn't have yelled at me Alenko...tsk...
-Mordin singing...I IMMEDIATELY went to watch Animaniacs if anyone remembers them doing a tribute as well.
-Lastly, my ending. Cause Garrus died. I was beyond ticked and actually stood up and shouted as he was taken away by the collector swarm. I cried. Then it got worse as Tali, Jack, Thane, and Legion died cause I didn't improve my ship...which caused me to start round two of ME2!
