I've been having a huge problem with confirming ownership of my display name to use with my new email, got into EA chat last week but now they just keep cancelling it before I even talk to someone.

My display name right now is on an older email that I accidentally used the item codes on because I assumed when I confirmed it it used the same email I had registered with EA, but it logged me in to the old one instead, and every time I try to reclaim it it just logs me in instead of merging the two accounts.
