Yea i pick the 2nd answer and nothing happen yet i was just wondering what first option might do .

First option breaks it off with her.

Second one just continues on until you leave for the final fight.

#2 you tell Tali your willing to wait (because you don't want to risk her health) continuing the romance.

You'll get her once you leave for the omega 4 relay. then theres a bit more with her once the final mission is over.

She'll come to you before the battle, just like in ME1.

If she survives, you can go to your cabin and arrange for a booty call right next to the personal terminal.

... if she dies, well, Reeger will be waiting for you with a shotgun in game three.

Also I noticed that a third option in the particular dialogue popped up after a bit of playing for some reason

It works like ME1. You go off to battle, but it takes some time to get there. That traveling time is used for the romance scene.

Yep. Just make sure you have done Legion's loyalty mission and got all the ship upgrades before going in

Yep i did his upgrade also got him his Geth Widow Sniper , & have all 6 ship upgrades
