I sign in on Xbox Live, boot up Mass Effect 2, and I have no access to the Cerberus Network. It wants me to pay 1200 Points, and if I enter my code it says it is already in use.

So, I finally, after sitting through the chat queue twelve times, got them to link my Gamertag to the correct account. And now?

If you talk to EA about this, they will activate Cerebus for you on their end. At least, they just did for me.
I must say, EA has been incredibly good at fixing all this..
