Can we get an update on what might be wrong or possible fixes?

There are several reason for the verification errors, the most common of which is:
entering the card number with spaces or dashes
mis-entering card info
mis-matched billing country, account country, country your IP resolves to
rapidly re-trying transactions resulting in your cards bank halting any further transactions as "possible fraud"

Hahaha, ive actually used both cards i tried at other places and both worked, still no go here. And definatly no errors only have entered cc stuff a zillion times on the computer, always works except in this case

I have a question, and I suspect this is what is happening to me.
A while ago I tried to use a Web video service and was told over and over again that my IP was not in the United States by the website, I am most certainly in the USA.
Could this problem be the reason my card wont verify?
However, I did get it to verify once and go to the complete purchase screen, but I noticed I only added 400 points to my cart, when I needed 560. So I went beack, and after verifying once it wouldnt verify ever again.

Cubbie, Yeoman: I said most common, not "every". We are discovering a small amount of accounts that are having this problem.
Hamm: Yes indeed. If your IP resolves to another country, it will indeed fail at the transaction.
For all three of you, I would suggest opening tickets at help.dragonage.com, or contacting Customer Support directly at the numbers for your home country.

It's not just those three; I have the same problem.
I've tried with five different cards, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard from two different people (me and my wife
) - and none of them work.

I have the same problem, tried with mine (visa electron) which didn't work. Got the unable to verify error. Then i tried with a friends card (visa) and it passed the verification but then I noticed I had selected 400 points by mistake so I pressed start over. It didn't work anymore, got the same unable to verify error. I have checked and double-checked my information in both my account settings and when filling out the form.

Peter and Daed, send me your login emails, and I will take a look at the accounts.
Also verify that your billing address, your ea account, and your IP all resolve to the same country.
