I have this problem as well, opened a ticket at help.dragonage.com, but no response yet. Could I get some help here as well? Really want to try Warden's Keep.

Having the same problems buying points. Bought the $5 pack initially and then tried to buy a larger pack and it's been off to the races since then. Resolved my fraud flag with my credit card company, tried two different cards. No dice.

Same problem, can't buy any points. Account, billing and resolved IP country should all match.

Have been trying at least once a day for the past couple of days to get enough for Warden's Keep. Sadly enough, it hasn't been working and I've resolved any issues between this account and the EA account. It's kind of weird though; I can pretty much buy anything through the EA Store, yet I can't buy points. Hope the situation is resolved soon though.

Yeah I can verify, its only for points none of my cc works for.

Hi wonder if any work is being done to allow DPO, AE or APO AE personnel to log in credit card info. The current system only provides the state addresses. For a large amount of military / Civilian personnel deployed overseas they use the AE or AP zip code.

I have the same problem when using my card, "The credit card could not be verified".

Indeed there is, I do not however have a firm ETA on the date. This is being worked on.

FOr those who can not verify cards, please read over the stickied post on top of the forums and double check all your account, IP, and Billing info. If you are still having trouble, please send me your login email and once I'm back in the office, I will look into the accounts.

I am having this same issue. I bought the $20 bioware points, for the Warden's Keep. I downloaded it and installed it, but when i attempted to purchase more points to buy The Stone Prisoner, the transaction would not go through and said the card could not be verified.
Just read sticky and am checking the info now.

Yep, I'm having the issue, too. This is amazingly ridiculous. I swear, if we get billed for this garbage, I'm going to call a lawyer.
DanKATL, sending you my info. . .

Okay I read the sticky and I suspect that my problem is:
2) If your Billing country, your EA account, and the country your IP resolves to mis-match, your transaction can fail. ESPECIALLY COMMON IN EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS, or those customers using non-traditional ISP services.
Because I am Peruvian and I live in China and I bought my game off Steam. I am using a Chinese credit card and from within China (Chinese IP) so those two match, but I don't know about my EA account, I suppose it is set to US as default because when I first logged in, the website was in English and when I go to profile and change billing address, I cannot change the country it only asks me for my "State".... i have clicked on the Chinese flag in EA and the website becomes very slow and turns into Chinese(which I don't understand very well). But that didn't do the trick either.... is there even a way to solve this problem for international users or should I just give up??

Same here all billing and ea profile info is in the same country, using the biggest ISP in Greece (IE OTE CONNX) but no luck...

I checked and double-checked that all my information matches. Streen15@Yahoo.com . Cannot get this to work...same problem. Unverifiable.

I managed to purchase the 400p package a couple of hours ago, but right after that I tried the same on the 560p package and since then I've always got the unverifiable error message. Switching from Opera to Firefox had no effect, and neither did that I used a different card :S
And by the way, is it normal that I got charged 1 extra euro twice (I don't know...maybe taxes, or some kind of additional fee)?

I recently changed my EA account to where i live but it still wont accept my credit card. Is it because i live in china?

That's really sad... I bought the game on the second day, and now, because I live and work in two different countries in Europe, I cannot get the expansions, because the system won't allow the credit card I used in over 30 transaction over the Internet and noone yelled. How can I get the DLCs with a Mastercard in Europe? You released the game 3 months ago, please! Is there ANY way? (I even bought the game with that very Mastercard, so now it's kinda funny that it was good for the game but not good for the DLC...)
