I completed the Mordin: Blood Pack question.  When one of the characters asked if i I was ready to leave, I said no.  Now, I can't talk to either of them to get the option again, and I don't get the option B button to end the quest.  So, I tried to walk out of the place, got back up to the third floor door, and it won' t let me through saying that I can't exit when enemies are present.  I've killed all the enemies.  I've walked back and forth eight or more times and there is no one there except my team.  Do I have to go to a previously saved game and lose work to get out of this?
