But you forget Geth are many!
IF you could play any alien race in ME universe who would you pick.

Asari hands down.
Powerful biotics, the widest range of romantic options (that can actually lead anywhere), and there is nothing more awesome looking than a blue chick in a skin-tight black battle suit.
Besides, genetically speaking, the future of the galaxy is undoubtedly blue - given enough time all other races will eventually be assimilated.

Hmm for a female character, would be Asari. As a male character, probally Turian, Krogan (quads ftw XD ), or Drell.

Reaper.
I'd be the Qwib-Qwib of the reaper race though. I swears.

Ok, why would you want to be a thresher moth. You would alway be shot at by makos.

Are we talking like in ME were an MMO? In that case I'd probably be a Quarian, because I like tech.

You forget, Makos are stuck in ice now, permanently.

We are talking tresher maws. I didin't like fighting one in ME 2 with out the mako. It just felt dirty and yes I know. Please don't remind me I miss the bounce vehicle. It was just fun having a giant canon to shoot things with and watch them burn.

Asari, definitely. I know, hard to tell based on my avatar. Based on all the reasons previously mentioned.
Also:
Volus Sith. You know those handles on their belts are their best kept secret. I'd dress him all in black, he's already got the breathing down.
"We meet again... *hhhhh-psssh* Earth-clan."

Quarian with all those immune boosters and cybernetics so that I dont have to wear a enviro suit. Id run around every populated area de-mystifying the Quarians for everyone.
lol
Seriously though,
Quarian
Krogan (living that long would be awesome)
Geth (like legion, baddass and fully "alive")

Asari of course. Living nearly 1000 thousand years must be great ^^.

Turian. They are the ultimate badass race in my mind and look cool as well.

A Hanar. And not just any Hanar. Blasto, the Hanar Spectre.

Geth or Turian....
Who knows? If shep dies in ME2, they'll let us play a Turian.

I'm a dude, but I'd GLADLY give up my masculinity if it meant I could have biotic powers, my species having the respect of the entire galaxy and live over 1000 years.
Of course, I'm talking about the Asari.

Volus, no doubt. Short, asthmatic underdogs. One will strike the killing blow on the Reaper fleet, I know it.
I love the Volus.
