When exactly during the game dose the armor become available, at the moment my DLC says it's downloading it yet the progression bar hasn't moved past 0%, ihave all the other stuff downlaoded.
I really do NOT want to have to reinstall the game, then again I did buy through steam so the files will still be there and At least I won't have to redownload it all.
Any help with this would be good as I have read most of the other DLC problem releated posts and none have the exact same problem as i have.
Any help would be good.

The same problem. Some DLC have been downloaded, the three of them won't. If I let them, they get status "downloaded", but they are never installed.

Had the same issue with one of the preorder goodies (lion's paw). Neither clearing the dl cache nor manually installing it fixed it for me, it kept hanging there in the middle tab at 0% along with a red "!"
Reinstalling finally did the trick. There really ought to be a toggle to pause/cancel pending downloads to avoid this.

I reinstalled, but without rebooting, and now there are add-ons! may be that I reboot?!?!

There is a problem in the downloader. It took me several hours before figuring how to correct that. If you click on buy points button, the game switches you to a web browser. If you go back, you may realize the installation goes a little bit further. You may need to do this several times (the bigger the DLC, the more times you must do this).
