 i am having a  issue i am logged in , but my charcters wont show up on my profile , is there an option for upload im missing somewhere ? i created 2 charcters last night and it says it can take up too an hour for in game items and acomplishments too show up . and there is still nothing available , what am i not doing for this too work ?

Try uploading again. Personally it took me about 6 times of uploading before my characters appeared.

You did click the upload button in the creator right? (Sorry if that sounds stupid)

If you did, sometimes it takes awhile, if it didn't work try again. You then have to select the image in your profile.

In general though it should happen pretty quick now..things have calmed down..usually takes mine about 10-15 mins.

I have similar problems. Uploaded 3 characters over the last 3 days. 2 of them showed up within the hour. The third one (posted a day later) still didn't show up after 2 hours. So I tried uploading it again. Same result. Next morning I did however see a third character in my profile... completely empty (no portrait, no stats, not even a name).

At the very last page of the character creation screen there are a few buttons. One says 'done,' another says 'online profile' and the one on the top says 'upload.' Hit that button. In fact, hit the button a good five or six times. Then wait anywhere up to an hour and you should be right as rain.

I created a character, and when I tried to upload it, it says that I have to be logged in. Obviously, as you can see, I am logged in. Why doesn't it know that I am logged in?

You have to be logged in -inside- the character creator. Start the character creator and look in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. There's a button that says 'Log In.'

Same problem. Uploaded 3 guys, waited 24hours, nothing. Did it again this morning. Still nothing. What is going on?

you need to log in on the character creator as well. My first character did show up for a number of hours. My 2nd and 3rd where their almost right away though. Go figure.

Yeah, I found that "Log in" button, shortly after I posted. So I logged in there, but it still says that I have to log in. When I clicked on the "Online Profile" button, it goes to a page that says that it can take at least an hour for a character update. So, I don't know if the warning that I have to log in is at all accurate. I guess that I just have to wait and see.

I do believe that I got it right, this time. It appeared to upload just as it should. Now I just have to wait.

Has anyone had problems getting logged into the character creator? Login isn't even an option in mine.

I uploaded characters 30+ hours ago. Still nothing. I hope the problems I am having here, and there are many, don't impact on getting DLC for the game.

Keep re-uploading them. Click on the upload button five times if you have to.

That is more of a bug than anything else. It seems that some people don't get their armor updated. Nice, isn't it?

Am wondering the same durn thing! Wish someone would have an answer for us. My main character (Gwynn) is up but hasn't been updated in donkeys years. As for my other one (Elizabeth) I had to upload her via the game character "after" I started a new game, so she's not being updated and is stuck on level 1. What gives Bioware? Word up anyone?

My problem is that it times out while uploading.

I just posted this in another forum, but I think it is more fitting here, so heres a repost...

"I only manually uploaded one character from the CC, and it only worked after many attempts. When I checked my characters on here, it shows 3 total... the other two are from the actual game, so they updated automatically. For those that are having problems uploading, heres what I did to get it to work:
-Changed rez to 600x800 in both the game and character creator.
-turned off fullscreen mode on both
-turned all the AntiAlias, VertSync; put everything on Low.
-TURNED OFF ALL FIREWALLS -- they must be turned off, just having dragon age as an exception doesnt always work.
-Logged into dragon age account on both the game and the CC.
-Uploaded my goofball (profile pic) from CC manually - took about 15 seconds...
-Waited 5 minutes, and....
-PAH!!!! everything showed up... "

After you think everything is uploaded, turn all your setting back up for nice gameplay and turn your firewall back on... just redo the steps above whenever you want to update it... thats just what im going to do until the problem is actually addressed.
Oh, and FYI... I only had to wait the 5 minutes and everything showed up... no hour or anything.

Mine is logging me out or 'timing me out' as it likes to say. So I'm not so sure if its working or not.
