It could be, remember they did use the voice actress' body for Miranda, who's to say they didn't scan her and use her body as a template for Tali? The nose structure and eye locations match what we see through the helmet

I don't think they did, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did for ME3 if indeed they are planning to ever show us Tali's face. It would be the perfect solution, because everyone thinks she's cute, and because it'd be based on a real face nobody could argue with its appropriateness.

I have to admit the eye and nose placement seem vaguely familiar. I wouldnt be surprised after seeing this for her to look similar. Or I could just be seeing things
