I added the DLC code from the collectors edition to my account through the ps3 no problem but when i go looking for my items the only one I find is the tome "Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes". The helm "Bergen's Honor", and the staff "Final Reason" are no where to be seen. Started a new dummy character to see if they were missing the items as well and sure enough no staff or helm but the tome was there. Thought it might have just been a bad download and exited the game and redownloaded the DLC again. still the same issue, tome there but no helm or staff, any ideas on how to fix this?

its the same for me. I checked after reading this and tried a new char. Those items are indeed missing.
They are missing on the PC version to. I got both.
Edit: These might be available at camp after the prolouge. Some collectors edition items are not available at start.

I feel like an idiot. I didn't even think to check the camp for them sure enough there they are in Bodahn's shop. Wish that would have been on the DLC card so I wouldn't be wondering where my CE items were. Thanks for the reminder about the camp. Wasn't thinking that these would be like the rest of the blood dragon armor parts. Oh well, at least I found em.
