That is the name of one of the sidequests that you can get from Mages Collective at Redcliffe (the guys is standing near the lake).

Well I forgot what was that quest all about, and quest description in the journal TOTALY lacks any kind of explanation where should I look for those scrolls.

Any idea mates?
